Therapeutic Massage

Centered on where you are and what you need in the moment that we meet. You will receive trauma-informed massage with Swedish and deep tissue techniques. I will also draw from other techniques should they be required or requested.

Wellness Coaching

We will discuss your past health history, current level of health and your wellness goals to work towards improving your quality of life and health. These will include discussion of lifestyle, basic nutrition, herbalism, and various modalities. I will also refer you to other resources, practitioners and modalities.

Natal Chart Reading

I use intuitive information and read across various charting systems to reflect who you are on a deeper level. I will help you integrate and apply this information practically in immediate and long-term goals.
